What counts as a seat?
A member of your organization. Solo (one member) is free; from your second member on, it’s $15/seat, billed monthly or annually. You can comp seats — for clients, contractors, or anyone you don’t want to charge for — without paying for them.
Do I need to use AI to use Timeout?
No. Timeout is a great kanban + time-tracking tool on its own. The AI/MCP integration is there when you want it — humans and agents on the same board — but it’s entirely optional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid up front for two months free, and your data stays yours either way.
